Meet Mark
Mark L. Rosen, Esq. is a Founding Partner at the law firm of Lubell Rosen. Mr. Rosen is a Board Certified Health Care Attorney by the Florida Bar and has an “AV Pre-eminent” rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Directory of Attorneys. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar. Less than 2% of all attorneys achieve such status in their career. He was selected to Super Lawyers beginning in 2014. Mr. Rosen is admitted and a member of the Florida Bar, State Bar of Georgia, the Pennsylvania State Bar and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Rosen’s practice is dedicated to serving as an advocate and a trusted advisor to physicians and large medical providers. Mr. Rosen likes to learn about a client’s business, visit their facilities and get to know their people. He strives to protect a client's interest by gaining a practical understanding of each client’s business and does what is required to efficiently solving legal problems.
Mr. Rosen understands that disputes can be costly and disruptive to the client’s business and operations, and he works to help his clients avoid that whenever possible by seeking reasonable avenues for negotiation and compromise of disputes. Oftentimes, this produces the best and most cost-effective result for the client. But when settlement is not feasible, he is prepared to vigorously advocate for his client’s interests in court or other forums, and in that capacity, he has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts throughout Florida.
Mr. Rosen is the author of the Physician’s Malpractice Survival Guide and routinely advises physicians on asset protection strategies. Mr. Rosen has substantial experience representing physicians in both medical malpractice defense matters and administrative proceedings before the Department of Health and the Agency for Healthcare Administration.
Mr. Rosen is a native of South Florida. He was born and raised in South Florida. He attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University. After attending Emory, he attended law school at University of Florida where he received his Juris Doctor with Honors.
