Meet Abhishek

Abhishek Ramaswami (“Ab”) is an associate attorney who practices in the areas of health law litigation and transactions, medical malpractice defense of doctors and hospitals, and general business disputes. Coming from a family of doctors, Ab developed a fervent passion towards protecting the rights of our heroes in the healthcare community. Prior to graduating law school, Ab’s experience included field research in Cuba, India, Bangladesh, China, and Germany, and had worked with the District Attorney’s Offices in New York and Atlanta, the United Nations Security Council, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and in private practice specializing in medical malpractice and business litigation.

Upon graduating from Emory University School of Law, Ab worked as an attorney in greater New York City and in Miami. He had the opportunity to work on a variety of matters in both the litigation and transactional realm, including construction law, health law, complex business litigation, employment law, intellectual property, real estate, and corporate transactions for individuals and businesses of all sizes.

Ab is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, the American Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the State Bar Associations of both New York and New Jersey.
