Hector Lans Jr. is an experienced business executive with a demonstrated work history in the domestic and international medical device space. He is particularly skilled in structuring international transactions, business development, negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance. Hector has counseled foreign manufacturers and domestic distributors on US Customs and FDA compliance matters as well as structured deals that seamlessly guarantee safe and effective payment terms to all parties.
