Meet Patrick
Patrick R. Sullivan, Esq. is a partner with the law firm of Lubell Rosen, where he practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense, healthcare litigation, personal injury (catastrophic accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death), employment law, and business litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sullivan worked at a law firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he managed a large caseload of criminal and civil cases. Mr. Sullivan has extensive Federal trial experience having tried cases in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Alabama. In addition, Mr. Sullivan’s appellate experience includes presenting oral arguments in a murder case before the Supreme Court of Georgia and wining a complete reversal of a client’s conviction and prison sentence in the Georgia Court of Appeals. Mr. Sullivan has also represented numerous high-profile clients including an Olympic gold medalist and WNBA all-star, the Chief Accounting Officer for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, and in one of his first cases, he worked on the legal team representing musician Clifford Harris a/k/a T.I.
While in law school, Mr. Sullivan clerked at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia and interned at Catholic Charities Legal Services in Miami, Florida.
In his free time, Mr. Sullivan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
