Insurance Defense

Lubell Rosen currently represents insureds from select carriers. We will only accept work from carriers that agree to put the interests of the doctor before the financial interests of the company. For insurance defense work, our team is comprised of skilled medical malpractice defense lawyers, led by Gordon Lea, who has handled over 150 jury trials. A full list of his trials is available upon request. Trials are handled by a team of two attorneys from the firm. We have won over 90%. of our jury trials.

More impressive than our trial record however is our ability to get cases resolved prior to trial. Just like our Pre-Paid Legal Defense program, we do not believe in churning billable hours. We work expediently to resolve cases favorably. We also are willing to accept alternative legal fee options that incentivize us to resolve cases sooner. We take the philosophies that motivate our Pre-Paid Legal Defense plan and incorporate them into our insurance defense representation. The result is a win-win for the client and the insurance carrier.
