Josh M. Bloom is a Partner with the law firm of Lubell Rosen.
Mr. Bloom is a Civil Litigation & Health Care regulatory attorney, who actively engages in all aspects of complex, commercial disputes with an emphasis on employment matters.
Additionally, he advocates for provider side issues, including physician and facility licensure, Florida Department of Health actions, compliance with state and federal patient referral and anti-kickback regulations, as well as Medicare/Medicaid contracting, billing and reimbursements. He also drafts and negotiates diverse contract arrangements for corporate health care transactions, management services, employment, health care facilities, and specialty health care equipment.
Prior to beginning his law practice, Mr. Bloom worked with one of the leading innovators in experimental economics, with an emphasis on decision-making in a controlled investment environment. He also managed the international non-profit organization Sangha, aiding impoverished disaster-affected children in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Bloom was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Parkland, Florida.
