Meet Brian
Mr. Engel is a Partner with the law firm of Lubell Rosen and a member of the Florida Bar. He focuses his practice advocating for individuals in the areas of personal injury (motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death) and defending doctors in medical malpractice actions. He also specializes in representing property owners in damage disputes with their insurance carriers.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Engel gained nearly a decade of experience “on the other side of the V” representing insurance carriers in several areas of law (including personal injury, property damage and medical malpractice).
A Florida native, Mr. Engel earned Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) and Bachelor of Science (cum laude) degrees from the University of Florida in 2009 and his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University in 2012.
While attending law school, Mr. Engel was the President of the Mock Trial Association and was awarded the National Order of Barristers for exceptional skills in trial advocacy.
Outside of the office, he serves as a Mock Trial Team Coach for Nova Southeastern University and is on the Board of Directors for the Tarpon River Neighborhood Civic Association.
In his free time, he enjoys the Miami Dolphins, toiling in the yard and spending time with his wife, daughters, and loyal canine companion.
