Meet Sean
Sean B. Linder is an attorney at the law firm of Lubell Rosen where his current focus is in Commercial Litigation, Health Law, and Personal Injury Protection.
Prior to joining Lubell Rosen, Mr. Linder worked at a boutique law firm where he gained extensive knowledge litigating numerous cases involving Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, and Assisted Living Facility Neglect.
Mr. Linder is admitted to the Florida Bar and is involved in several organizations including the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, The Florida Bar Health Law Section, and the American Health Lawyers Association.
Education
Mr. Linder graduated from the Florida State University with his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He then went on to receive his Master’s degree in Applied American Politics and Policy from the Florida State University.
Throughout undergraduate and graduate school, Mr. Linder gained experience at a Tallahassee law firm where he assisted attorneys in various litigation projects and was responsible for keeping the firm updated on the constant changes in Health Law, Certificate of Need (CON), Land Use Law, Administrative Law, and Florida Bid Protest Law. Mr. Linder also spent time organizing lobbying efforts in the Florida Legislature.
Admissions
Shortly after, Mr. Linder was admitted to Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor and received a concentration in Health Law. While in law school, Mr. Linder was an active member in the Nova Moot Court Society and a competitor in the L. Edward Bryant, Jr. National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Competition.
